23 Magazine which was launched in 2010 in Vancouver under the name ASSIGNMENT FASHION and for 6 years was a leading publisher of editorial and creative shoots of Canadian based photographers.

At its peak AF had 125,000 monthly readers and because of our partnership with the Huffington Post a lot of our editorials were picked up and published across the US and Europe. I plan on regaining those numbers and would love for all of you to come along on the journey.

In 2018 Assignment Fashion went off line as we were a volunteer based publication and we all had to move on, however times have changed and I am relaunching Assignment Fashion as 23 MAGAZINE ( www.23-magazine.com ) as a nod to the street I grew up on and learned to be my creative self.

We are looking for photographers, agencies, stylists and creative directors for submissions. These can be editorials, creative collaborations or test shoots that turn out to be more than that. We are also seeking more than just fashion related shoots. These can be creative culture based shoots that tell a story about the people with their style being a bonus. You and your team will receive a tear sheet with magazine masthead for your portfolios.

Submission requirements:

There must be a minimum of 12 photos and min 2 looks in the submission with 15 being the max.
The photos must be sized 1000x1500px for portrait and 1000x667px for landscape.
File format of JPG or PNG only.
All work must be your own UNLESS you are an agency or creative then you must have permission from the photographer giving you permission to submit.
